  • The part is non-functional due to a defect (not caused by incorrect installation or mishandling).

• Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement:

  • Change of mind or incorrect part selection by the customer.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or external factors.

  • Parts that have been used, installed, or modified after delivery.

  • Electrical and electronic components such as sensors, ECUs, and relays are non-replaceable unless faulty upon arrival.
